Moriti Mashilo
Founder and Practice Lead
Moriti Mashilo is the Founder and Practice Lead of Professional Purpose Consulting. Passionate about helping individuals and organisations make informed people decisions, she leads the practice with a commitment to professional excellence, ethical practice and evidence-based solutions.
As a registered Psychometrist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) and a member of the South African Career Development Association (SACDA), Moriti combines professional expertise with a collaborative approach to career guidance, psychometric assessments and workforce solutions. Her experience spans the full human resource value chain, including talent acquisition, recruitment and selection, career development, psychometric assessment, employee wellness, organisational development and workforce support. This broad perspective enables her to understand the complex people challenges faced by individuals and organisations alike, and to develop practical, evidence-based solutions tailored to their unique needs.
